Veterinary Technician Manager Needed
Meridian Veterinary Services is an independently owned, integrative clinic in Silver Spring, MD right off the Beltway. We offer Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Prolotherapy, Nutritional Consults, and other holistic modalities.
Are you an LVT or RVT who would like to grow into practice management? MVS is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician Manager. This role has a clear growth path into practice management and potential partnership.
You will institute solutions, drive productivity, uphold physical and psychological safety, and facilitate ongoing learning. As the Veterinary Technician Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and manage inventory
- Create team member schedules
- Develop and lead a dedicated veterinary team
- Exercise detail-oriented multitasking
Salary: 33+/hour negotiable pending experience.

About you:
- 3+ years in veterinary medicine
- LVT or RVT in good standing
- Competency and flexibility in verbal and written communications

- 4 exam rooms, treatment area, surgery suite, separate cat, dog and isolation wards
- In-house lab
- Isoflurane anesthesia with full Cardell monitoring including EtCO2, bp, pulse oximetry and ECG, ADS 2000 ventilator
